Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided

To initiate a return, please contact us at olabelbowtique@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
