Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Please note that shipping times do not include the 1–3 day processing period.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your delivery address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at olabelbowtique@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before your order ships.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship and deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Ola Bel Bowtique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please take the following steps:

Check with household members or neighbors in case the package was received on your behalf.

Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.

Contact your local post office or delivery carrier to file a missing package claim. They are best equipped to help locate your order once it has been marked as delivered.
Please provide a secure and accurate shipping address. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit (i.e., it never shows as delivered), please contact us at olabelbowtique@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation.
Damaged Packages
We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below so we can assist you:
What to Do if Your Order Arrives Damaged:

Photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and the shipping label

We must receive all required information to assess the situation and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Important Notes:

Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the extent of the damage and item availability.

Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself (such as scuffed boxes) may not be eligible for a claim.
